What we collect
When you submit a form (appointment request, review, claim, listing or contact) we collect the information you enter, such as name, phone, email and message, plus technical data like IP address used to prevent spam.
How we use it
- Appointment requests are used to arrange your appointment and may be shared with the dental office you selected or, if needed, another local dental office that can help. You give consent when you submit the form.
- Reviews are shown publicly with the name you provide; your email is never published.
- We do not sell your contact details to data brokers.
Health information
Please do not include detailed medical history in forms. Dentists Reviews is a directory, not a healthcare provider.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work and for comment forms. Embedded maps are provided by Google and subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Your choices
To access or delete information you submitted, use our contact form. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
